What is “Reiki”?

“Rei” meaning ‘universal’ and “ki” (chi/qi) or ‘life force energy’ blends together to form the word, “Reiki” - universal life force energy.

Kundalini Reiki is a beautiful blend of both a Japanese energywork modality and an ancient understaning of the Kundalini life force energy. Kundalini Reiki can be both resotrative and nourishing, as well as transformative and powerful.

What is “QHHT”?

QHHT, or Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique, was developed in the 1980’s by the world renowned hypnotherapist, Delores Cannon. This modality is used to engage more deeply with aspects of the subconcious mind, to explore past lifetimes and to connect more intimately with passed loved ones. QHHT is deeply transformational and must be done in-person ONLY.

During a session, clients are gently guided into a deep, relaxed state where they can access their subconscious—the part of themselves that holds infinite wisdom and insight. What is “Shadow Work” & “Psychic Life Coaching”?

Carl Jung defines the ‘shadow’ as the unconcious and supressed aspects of the self. The shadow contains the parts of ourselves that we deny, disown, reject and shame.

Shadow Work is a process of bringing the unseen or unknown aspects of the self into concious awareness for the client to look at, examine and process in a safe, comfotable, and trauma-informed setting.

Psychic Life Coaching supports the intergration and transmutation of the supressed aspects of self, helping the client achieve whatever issue the supressed aspects of self were preventing them from achieveing.

What if I am unsure if I can be hypnotized?

Many people believe they are unable to be hypnotized, yet find great success with our Clinical Hypnosis Sessions. We offer hypnosis for smoking cessation, weight loss, or goal reaching in additon to somatic processing and defragmentation work. On the extremely rare occurance that a Clinical Hypnosis Session does not offer any relief or change, accomedations will happily be offered by our wellness professionals.
