How long does my order take to ship?

Orders usually ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Orders may take longer to ship during or around holidays.

Do you offer international shipping? 

We do offer international shipping - be sure to reach out to us directly if you live outside of the United States and have placed an order with us.

What is your return policy? 

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are accepted on a case by case basis. Customer must pay for all shipping expenses on returns/exchanges, as well as a $25 restocking fee per order AFTER the return/exchange request has been approved.

If you have any issues with your order being damaged, broken, or partially/fully missing, please contact the shipping provider for help on your order. Once it leaves our shop and our hands, it is no longer our responsibility. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we grow our small business.
